Job Title: Electronics Engineer/Technical Support Technician
Department: Production
Summary of Responsibilities: 
1) Builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems by performing essential duties, and,
 
2) Provides technical support and information to Automata's customers, or individuals, over the telephone, or by email, and solves minor software and hardware problems.  Some travel may be required.
Qualifications include:
Associates Degree in Electronics.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
Basic computer skills.
