If the installation says that there are files that need to be updated, click yes and reboot the PC. If the message comes up again, then there is a problem with the Setup.exe file that is provided by Microsoft. Edit one of the install files (Setup.Lst) using NotePad.exe as follows:

Delete the line that contains the oleaut32.dll file, and rename the File#(s) that follow it, so that the remaining lines are sequential.
